The applicator flips over whilst you try to use it and the velcro sticky strips is not going to stay adhered to the applicator head. Also the connector that tightens the pole to a longer size doesn't work. I to find myself hunched over as I clean my floorings because the deal with gets so short.
The ground easying spray is ok.
I called Armstrong/Bruce and guess what response I received? "Yes, we know of the drawbacks and we are looking to design a new applicator. I get these names at all times and we're documenting them. You should purchase and use any microfiber applicator". No provide of a chit, refund, sorry for your hassle, no longerhing. Just "go out and spend more cash on another applicator".
Nice. I counsel that you just save your hard earned cash and stay away from Bruce/Armstrong products. The engineered 'hardwood' floor I installed scratches when you have a look at it. I was informed to use 3 coats of some sealer.
